Property is already owned by Finney County
Co-location of all community based Intensive Supervision/Probation and Case Management Services.
All treatment services would also be located at the same facility.

4. Financing the Project
NOT a tax increase, will commence following the expiration of current ¼ cent sales tax expected to occur in July 2014.
It uses retail sales tax of ¼ cent county wide to pay for the Bonds. NOT a property tax!
Issuance of Bonds not to exceed the amount of $6,625,000.
Interest rates at near record lows offering excellent opportunity for financing the project.
Paid for through sales tax and burden shared by all who shop in area, not just Finney County residents.
A continuation of an already existing sales tax.
