Objectives Following UKA’s strategic lead - to deliver a clear pathway for officials to progress Ensure officials feel welcomed and valued to encourage them to meet their personal aspirations stay in the sport To develop and support officials by providing courses in relation to their variable needs nationwide number of courses/location/disciplines/tutors

4 Objectives Bi annual planning meetings directly linking into EA activities. Chair : respective Regional Portfolio Holder Attendees : COFsec’s and EC’s Communicate across the regions e.g working collaboratively with partners/neighbouring regions to stage courses
