6. PROCEDURES: The 5 S’s
Scheduling – How much overlap is between classes?
How long is a student lunch period?
Serving Lines – What is the average wait time to be served?
Supplies – Are these items readily accessible?
Seating – Are there consistent seating/table assignments?
Supervision – Are there adequate numbers monitors to meet the needs of students.

7. Logistics Physical arrangement: What are the traffic patterns?
How are the serving lines configured?
How are the tables arranged?
Waste Disposal: Where are the bins located?
What is the accessibility of the clean up station?
Noise Level: What is the attention signal?
Do the student respond appropriately?
Dismissal: How are students excused?
How are students supervised to (or in) their pick up location?
