Hi David, Last week at the Friday meeting, I showed the enclosed slide. (See next slide) Following your recommendation, we have been there (LSS2) in order to check if the section of TWC200 could be stored there. You were perfectly right. I could perfectly do the job, and transport people are very favourable. Now the question to you is : How to officially stamp that area for cavity storage during 2019 and first half 2020 ? We believe that even with the cavity there, passage is still possible both directions. I asked the transport guys not to start looking too much in details, as I would like to have your approval first. Many thanks for your help, Kind regards, Eric. EN-ACE D. Mcfarlane

Point accès pour l’entrée des cavités.

12 What I need from you. I need your planning!
not simply a list of works. Identify the location of the works Surface, Underground, which sector (eg, 3-, LSS4 etc.) Identify the duration of the works (in weeks) Try to plan nothing for the final month of the shutdown! Your target is to complete your works by mid-August 2020! Identify any impact of your works. Access blocked, no transport through the zone, must work alone, etc. Identify what you need. Power, water, vacuum/transport support etc. Directly link your work to PLAN. Identify what type of works it is. LIU, Maintenance, Consolidation. If you need some information from any other group, explain what you want and WHEN you need this information by. EN-ACE D. Mcfarlane

16 A.O.B. Comments made by EN-EL at the end of the meeting
