2 Abstract Mobile, web and swarm robotics based solution system that is useful for taking necessary actions to solve problems like rapid changes in climate, sustainable human settlement planning, and sudden climate related hazards. System is consist of mobile application, web technology, swarm robotics. Swarm robots will be used to communicate with each other and complete the mapping of an area, deployed sub bots will send signal to mother bot and after completing the task they will return to mother bot. Anyone can see the real time data of mapping in web portal. The system will help to detect flood before it hit’s an area by receiving signals from deployed sensor nodes.

3 Introduction In this modern era of technology we have plenty of opportunities to fight against natural disaster and reduce the life risks. With this motive we have made an effort to implement a system ‘Forecast Junction’. we are Using swarm robots for real time data mapping of a particular area. Use of distributed sensor nodes, NRF module with antenna and wireless sensors to make the system worthy and reliable. A big challenge for us to implement these technologies with minimum cost, maximum efficiency, mass production and distribution.

4 LITERATURE REVIEW Third world country lacks uses of swarm robot and distributed sensor nodes in purpose of take protection against natural disaster. Lack of user friendly technology. Misconception on easy access of technology. High cost. Each year in Bangladesh about 26,000 km2 (around 18% of the country) is flooded, killing over 5,000 people and destroying more than seven million homes.

5 LITERATURE REVIEW (Continue)
2007 South Asian floods were a series of terrible floods in India, Nepal, Bhutan, Pakistan and Bangladesh. News Agencies, citing the Indian and Bangladeshi governments, place the death toll in excess of 2,000. By 3 August approximately 20 million had been displaced and by 10 August some 30 million people in India, Bangladesh and Nepal had been affected by flooding. UNICEF said that the situation is being described as the ‘worst flooding in living memory’. 500 Million Rupees damage of property.

6 LITERATURE REVIEW Swarm robotics and signal distribution with sensor nodes is an affordable and easy way to implement in a flood risk area to take pre safety actions to reduce the rate of life and property from flood. At present NASA is using satellite for area mapping which is expensive and not accessible for everyone. 2016 Assam, India flooding had affected 1.8 million people, and flooded the Kaziranga National Park. As of 1 August 2016, 28 people had been killed as a result of the flooding starting 17 July, according to a report by the State Disaster Management Authority.

7 Methodology Previous research on Swarm robots.
Pure math based equation formation. Connecting mathematics in the practical design. Controller design. Performance & cost analysis.

18 Performance Analysis We have tested our system in one of the flood effected area of our country Sylhet . We have made a chart according to the performance of our research and system. Figure 1

19 Rasberry Pi with Camera Base Station and Communication Devices
COST ANALYSIS COMPONENTS PRICE Arduino and Circuits 20 USD DHT22 Sensor and Ultrasonic Sensor Robot Chassis 10 USD NRF WITH ANTENNA Rasberry Pi with Camera Base Station and Communication Devices 60 USD 120 USD TOTAL 250 USD

20 Impact of the Research This system is affordable and implementable in developing countries . The system is very simple and easy to use. System is efficient and can save people’s life. Reducing damage of property. Supports NASA’s Global Flood Monitoring System Research.

21 Limitations NRF Module should be implemented in a water proof device o that it will not harm sensor’s performance in heavy water flow. Base Station Should be equipped with all the facilities of alerting nearby rescue centres. Admin Panel should be very secured. Robots should be able to undergo surfaces and obstacles.

22 Testing Testing Objective
->Testing is the process of evaluating a system. ->No data loss during the testing. ->If the robots stopped functionality mother bot can inform it to admin panel immediately.

23 Security Maintain Login ->Only admins can login. Unauthorized user
->Alert from unauthorized users will not be shown in mobile application. Password recovery system ->Admin can change id and password.

24 Conclusion In conclusion we want to say that this system is really very helpful for flood risk areas. It has the ability to alert people from natural disasters and upcoming troubles, with low cost wireless sensors system is more unique. In upcoming days we can implement this system for all developing countries to save life of people and reduce the damage rate of property.
