There are many reasons to study chemistry, whether you are pursuing a career in science or not. …in the cosmetics you use …in the food you eat …in the air you breathe …in the soaps you use …in the water you drink …in the clothes you wear …in the medicines you take Chemistry sometimes is called the "central science" because it often connects other sciences to each other, such as biology, physics, geology and environmental science.
