1 Ecclesiastes 4:9 -12 9Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their work: 10If one falls down, his friend can help him up. But pity the man who falls and has no one to help him up!

2 Ecclesiastes 4:9 -12 11Also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm. But how can one keep warm alone? 12Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.

15 FRIENDSHIP FRIENDSHIP But woe to the one who falls when there is not another to lift him up. (Ecclesiastes 4:10b)

16 Great Tips From God

17 “A man who has friends must himself be friendly
“A man who has friends must himself be friendly.” (Proverbs 18:24 - NKJV) “I went out to find a friend, But could not find one there; I went out to be a friend, And friends were everywhere.”

18 This you know, my beloved brethren
This you know, my beloved brethren. But everyone must be quick to hear, slow to speak and slow to anger. (James 1:19) “You can make more friends in two months by becoming interested in people, than you can in two years by trying to get other people interestedin you.” - Dale Carnegie

19 “Do not forsake your friend or your father’s friend...” (Proverbs 27:10)
You can always tell a friend: When you have made a fool of yourself, he doesn’t feel you’ve done a permanent job!

20 “A man of many companions may come to ruin, but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.” (Proverbs 18:24 - NIV) A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for adversity. (Proverbs 17:17)

21 FELLOWSHIP FELLOWSHIP “Sharing or participating with each other in an activity; a partnership.”

22 Acts 2:42-47 They were continually devoting themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. Everyone kept feeling a sense of awe; and many wonders and signs were taking place through the apostles. And all those who had believed were together and had all things in common;

23 and they began selling their property and possessions and were sharing them with all, as anyone might have need. Day by day continuing with one mind in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they were taking their meals together with gladness and sincerity of heart, praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord was adding to their number day by day those who were being saved.

24 Signs You Live In 2012 You have to have a “little notebook” to keep all your passwords straight. You have a list of 15 phone #’s to reach your family of three. You text your child to let them know it’s time to eat. They text you back from their bedroom asking, “What’s for dinner?”

25 Your daughter sells Girl Scout Cookies via her web-site.
You chat several times a week with a stranger from South Africa, but you haven’t spoken with your next door neighbor in months. You pull into your own drive way & use your cell phone to see if anyone is home. You almost never have cash on you and buy almost everything with some form of plastic.

26 Cocooning

27 Fellowship is positional because of your connection with Christ.

28 F0LLOWSHIP FOLLOWSHIP More than coming to a church building. We must be willing to follow Jesus in whatever He tells us to do.

29 Then Jesus said to His disciples, “If anyone wishes to come after Me, he must deny himself, and take up his cross and follow Me.” (Matthew 16:24) WHY?

30 Fulfilled Prophesy birth place no bones broken teachings type of tomb
casting lots resurrection type of death words from the cross

31 But prove yourselves doers of the word, and not merely hearers who delude themselves. (James 1:22) Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter. (Matthew 7:21)

32 There is a difference between professing and following.

33 S.I. McMillen “None of These Diseases”
“Are you a leader?” “This year our college will have 1,452 new leaders. We are accepting you because we feel it is imperative that they have at least one follower!”

34 It may not be a cruise but,
It’s a Great Life!
