Complete Of Installation declaration
In order to start the warranty we need to declare “Complete Of Installation”. Complete Of Installation (COI) is declared: Only after completing the installation checklist. Only after the customer signed up that he has been given an operational training. All silos are connected and communicate with the controller PC.

Mechanical Installation
Task Comments The 3D Solids Scanner is mounted at the AEF-approved location (Please specify the direct distance from center or X,Y position) □ Set the 3D Solids Scanner’s 0 degrees mark to point towards the vessel’s center. Verify that there are no obstructions between the 3D Solids Scanner ’s horns and the surface area (inside the vessel) Verify that the 3D Solids Scanner is mounted vertical (90 degrees) to the ground Verify that the 3D Solids Scanner protrudes at least 10mm (0.5”) out of its socket
5
Connection □ Task Comments
RS485: Verify that the RS485 2 wire cable (shielded & twisted pair) is firmly connected to the RS485 terminal at the 3D Solids Scanner’s back panel. □ RS485 Multi-drop system: Verify that the RS485 2 wires (shielded & twisted pairs) are connected in daisy chain method. RS485 Multi-drop system: Verify that there are 2 resistors of 120Ω at both ends of the daisy chain. If using a convertor check if the resistor is built in. RS485: Check that the resistance is between 60Ω and 70Ω between D+ and D- RS485 Multi-drop system: Set different polling addresses to each 3D Solids Scanner at the daisy chain. RS485: Verify that one of the 3D Solids Scanner’s polling addresses is set to 00. RS485: Perform an RS485 connection quality test using the 3DVision at the control room. Please specify the results. 3DLinkPro: Install the 3DLinkPro according to the 3DLinkPro installation Guide.
6
Power and Analog Output
Task Comments Power: Use a 24VDC power supply and connect the 2 wire cable to the PS in terminal at the 3D Solids Scanner’s back panel. Note: this is not a loop powered device □ Power: Connect the ground wire if available. Analog 4-20mA Output: Use additional 2 wires to connect the 4-20mA terminal to the control room. Make sure that the PLC is passive. Note: this is not a loop powered device. Analog 4..20mA Output: Check that the 3D Solids Scanner ’s output signal is correct (use current simulation mode)
7
□ Configuration Comments
Task Comments Configuration: Updated firmware version to the newest available. Please specify the firmware version. □ Configuration: Reset to factory default. Configuration: Run Configuration wizard (F4) According to the AEF and the approved locator. Configuration: upload to the scanner the material slope, filling rate and emptying rate. If needed, update other parameters as well. Configuration: Map false echoes when silo is empty (if needed) and while filling until curve analysis is correct. Configuration: Reset the scanner Configuration: Verify readings
8
Customer Operational Training
Task Comments Training: How to use the 3DVision □ Training: Calibrate level to volume. Training: General maintenance Training: Technical explanation on the 3D Solids Scanner capabilities and technology

Customer signature Complete Of Installation (COI) certificate:
“We here declare COI of the 5708 system. Name:________________ Position:_______________ Company:_____________ Date:_________________ Signature:_____________ The signature will also be on the “Packing list” which include the serial numbers of all items.
