Perimeter of a Rectangle
2 4 To calculate the perimeter of an object or space, you will need to multiply your length by 2 and your width by 2. You will then add them together. ( 2 x 2) + (4 x 2) = ______ It means the same as: (4) + (8) = ________

To find the perimeter of a square, multiply the side by 4.
