Tournament Dates: August 12-18, 2017 Players must be eligible to play at the 12U level during the 2017 baseball season and may not turn age 13 before May 1, 2017 Minimum Roster: 11 players and 2 coaches Each team supplies one approved umpire (umpire stays free) All-inclusive cost: $995 per player/coach Per Team Includes: Hanging Bat Bag, Scorebook, Lineup Cards, Attaché Case and Ball Bucket Per Player/Coach Includes: Meals and Accommodations • Player Home and Away Uniform (hat, jerseys, and socks) • Player Warm-up Set (tournament & mock Ts, batting practice jacket and hat) • Coaches Gear (hat, 2 polos, pullover and jacket) • Secondary Insurance (team coverage) • Laundry Service (Sunday thru Wednesday) • 7 Games Guaranteed (weather permitting) • Personalized Player Baseball Cards • Induction into the American Youth Baseball Hall of Fame • American Youth Baseball Hall of Fame Tournament Ring • DVD of Team Webcast Game and Weekly Highlights • Ticket to the National Baseball Hall of Fame • Pass to Ride the Cooperstown / Charlotte Valley Railroad

11 Team Selection Process
Tryouts for all interested DYBSA eligible* players will occur on Sunday, October 23, 6:00-7:30 pm, TAC gym or Field 9 depending on weather Outside evaluators will be used to evaluate hitting, pitching, infield, outfield Once tryouts have concluded, players will be contacted and invited to participate on the team on or before Thursday, October 27 Family financial commitment is due by Tuesday, November 1 to secure your son’s roster spot on the team Identification of coaches will occur after the team has been selected * Players must be 12 years old as of May 1, 2017

12 Player Financial Requirements
By November 1, $500 down payment to secure/commit to spot on team (non-refundable if player drops out) PENDING FUNDRASING RESULTS: By February 15th, additional $500 second payment ($1000 total per player) to ensure adequate funds for fees due on March 1 (non-refundable if player drops out) Players will be reimbursed appropriately from fundraising balance after final individual/team costs are settled Goal is for families to be reimbursed entirely, but TBD based on fundraising results

13 Parent Commitment Required
Make tryout dates and meet financial commitments Attend monthly parent fundraising/update meetings Take leadership of specific fundraising initiatives Have fun!
