1 How to Make a County Health Data Map
If you didn’t see the county you were interested in, don’t worry! It’s very simple to create your own County Health Data map using County Health Rankings. Go to the County Health Rankings website and select the state (Georgia): In the “Overall Rankings in Health Outcomes” map, select the county you are interested in. Here you can use the county information to fill in the map template below Note that categories (i.e. Health Outcomes, Health Factors, etc.) do expand, so you may not initially see some of the measures.
