Attire: The Bride and groom have selected a combination of colors for their wedding. The colors are lavender, gray and lilac. The bride would like to wear a simple, lace, elegant wedding gown. The groom will wear a relaxed fit shirt, in combination with a vest and slack pants for a comfortable feel. The maid of honor will be wearing either a short flowy relaxed lilac or lavender halter top dress and the best man will wear nice dress shirt with relaxed fit pants in gray colors. The attire will be purchased at david’s bridal for the ladies.

AMUSEMENT The couple will ask all guests to make a song request to get down and boogie. There will be games to play to get to know the couple better and will end the evening by lighting sparkles!

WEDDING DAY S&J: WEDDING ITINERARY
Ceremony: 1 p.m. Reception: 2-6 p.m. WEDDING DAY Day Before the wedding Confirm all the vendors and time of arrival. Verify the best contact number for all vendors. TIME Rental Company Linens, chairs, tables, tent (if needed), silverware. 9:00 am Caterer (only of caterer is hired separately from venue) 10 am Florist Ceremony/Reception 10:30 am Limo Must pick up bride if she is not getting ready at the venue 11:30 am Video/Photography Ceremony (As the bride is getting ready photographer can be there at 10 am) Reception 12 noon Bakery Cake must be set up by 1 pm Dj Must set up by Photo booth 4 pm

Meet with rental company to go over set up 9 am
Check in with the bride and confirm she is headed to location to get ready 9:30 am Coordinate florist, cake, Dj and all vendors where to set up 10:00 am Meet photographer and bride at the venue. Call anyone that is not there to get ready 10:30 am Help gather the wedding party, check in with maid of honor and mother of the bride. Check on the groom and his party 10:45 am Make sure the ceremony area is being set up, place the runner, make sure music is ready and the ushers are available to start seating guests as they arrive – Prelude -MUSIC SELECTION (" Through the eyes of love” 11:30 am Check with florist to gather bouquets and boutonnieres 12:00 noon Make sure the father of the bride arrives 12:30 noon Notify the groom to get ready and notify the bridal wedding party to start lining up with their flowers 12:45 pm Get the bride and have her father come and get her, take last minute pictures and ensure the video and photographer are in place 12:55 pm
