At the Human Resources office, you’ll need to fill out your employment forms and get your picture taken for your badge. Back A well designed scenario can be engaging and very effective. However, there’s a time and place to use it. In this case, giving the learner the information in a simple statement was enough. There’s no need to waste their time with a branched scenario. Keep the process as simple as possible. If all you need to do is share some simple information, just do that. And keep the engaging scenarios for more appropriate learning interactions. 13
