Practice times: 4:30 to 6:30 (time adjustment subject to sunset/daylight savings time starting 8 March)
MUST exit Sandy Run Park by dark. Sunset on first day of on the water practice will be at 5:54 PM

Cold, cold, cold – dress warm with layers (Under Armour ideal) but nothing that will get caught in slide
Lots of land training for several weeks

Teenage drivers beware – will be asked to leave the park for unsafe driving
