2. Women’s Health Services
HSE statutory service with two areas of work:
Providing Sexual Health and Outreach services for women and Trans women in all areas of sex work.
Care planning for Victims of Trafficking for sexual and labour exploitation and also forced criminal activity/sham marriages.

4. WHS Remit/Responsibilities
Sexual and reproductive health, Outreach and education, support services to all women and Trans women involved in the sex industry
Provision of health information/ care in appropriate languages and Interpreter used especially on 1st visit
Actively engage with women re. development skills, ‘moving on’ options and refer as appropriate
Identification and referral of potential/suspected victims of trafficking for sexual exploitation

5. HSE AHTT Remit/Responsibilities
Receive referrals through National Referral Mechanism by HTICU- Gardai
Statutory responsibility to care plan potential Vot’s
Inform Vot’s of process and entitlements under the administrative arrangements
Assess, implement and monitor care for victims of human trafficking for sexual exploitation, labour exploitation and criminal activity
Devise a care plan with VOT including short and long term goals
Liaise with all statutory and NGO services to ensure best possible outcomes and needs of VOT are met

Primarily aimed at homeless people but also low pay or undocumented people can access.
