Warrant Article 31 - CPA COMMUNITY PRESERVATION COMMITTEE APPROPRIATION RECOMMENDATIONS ARTICLE 34. To determine whether the Town will vote to appropriate the sum of $1,352, from the Concord Community Preservation Fund, of which $84,000 shall come from the undesignated fund balance as of June 30, 2008, $103, from funds previously allocated to the Housing Reserve fund and $1,165,000 from projected Fiscal Year 2010 Fund Revenues, in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 44B, and amendments thereof and additions thereto, to be expended under the direction of the Town Manager as follows:
