Harvest on the coast attendees
-50% of attendees reside outside of SLO county, stay two or more nights in the area. -single family homeowners with a median household income of $200K. -Auction buyers are wine enthusiasts that “follow” SLO Wine Country brands. They are made up of Collectors, Wine Club Members, and Business owners throughout California Demographic Info: Ages -Majority of attendees coming from LA/Orange County & Northern California

The Grand Tasting -Live music by local favorite the Tipsy Gypsies
-Over 60 wineries & restaurants hosting at seaside Avila Beach Golf Resort on Saturday, November 4th -Live music by local favorite the Tipsy Gypsies -Tickets are $80 General Admission (12pm entry), $110 Early Entry (11am entry, rare and reserve wines) -VIP Auction Table for 8 guests is $900, Table of 10 for $1050 -Grand Tasting ticket is all inclusive for wine & food -Grand Tasting Ticket also give you access to free tastings at praticipating tasting rooms all day Sunday, November 5th. The Auction -Auction Raised over $103,000 in 2016
-Average auction lot sold for $3162,with several buyers purchasing more than $10,000 in live auction lots -Fund-A-Need Beneficiary Big brothers big sisters raised $42,000 -SLO Wine has raised over $120,000 for local charities in SLO County The Auction

established 27 years ago as a 501C-6 non-profit, grassroots and member-driven organization with a focus to bringing consumer awareness to the winegrowing region of coastal San Luis Obispo County. -Over 150,000 Unique Visitors on SLOwine.com with more than 700,000 hits. -60,000 wine maps distributed throughout California and mailed to households throughout the world -Over 10,000 followers on social media networks -More than 4,000 consumer attendees at our annual wine events, Roll Out the Barrels and Harvest on the Coast -Hosting more than thirty journalists in 2016 generating over 10 million media impressions We continue our marketing efforts to target out of county visitors and build brand awareness throughout California, with emphasis on reaching target markets in the southwestern US.

For a paid sponsorship in the amount of $4000, SLO Wine country will offer the following sponsor placement: -Sponsor recognition and logo placement in program, event webpages, e-newsletter and on-site at event. -Dedicated booth space and opportunity for pop-up advertising -10 Early Entry tickets to Harvest on the Coast Grand Tasting -Product placement at 30 VIP auction tables -Full page ad placement in Harvest on the Coast program, and sponsor mention in auction program -Dedicated e-newsletter placement, logo and link to over 10,000 subscribers and event ticketholders -Dedicated social media and public relations mentions of Aer Lingus logo leading up to event Option #2 Grand Tasting Event Sponsorship
