4. Charisma
The Greek word for CHARISMA simply means “a gift of grace or a gift involving grace on the part of God as the donor.” In other words, Charisma is God’s endowments upon believers by the operation of the Holy Spirit. 5. The Gift of Prophecy
Dearly beloved, the gift of prophecy is the ability given by the Holy Spirit to speak forth the mind, council and will of God. Prophecy is a divine disclosure on behalf of the Spirit. It is an edifying revelation of the Spirit for the moment, a sudden instinct of the spirit bringing exhortation and comfort. It is also the simplest form of inspired utterance in a known language. It contains predictive element when operated through seasoned prophets such as Agabus when he prophesied about the coming famine in Acts 11:28. The Old Testament prophets had accurately foretold many future events with tremendous accuracy.

1. Desire
1 Corinthians 14:1-5
Pursue love, and desire spiritual gifts, but especially that you may prophesy. 2 For he who speaks in a tongue does not speak to men but to God, for no one understands him; however, in the spirit he speaks mysteries. 
3 But he who prophesies speaks edification and exhortation and comfort to men. 4 He who speaks in a tongue edifies himself, but he who prophesies edifies the church. 
5 I wish you all spoke with tongues, but even more that you prophesied; for[f] he who prophesies is greater than he who speaks with tongues, unless indeed he interprets, that the church may receive edification.

Joel 2:28 “And it shall come to pass afterward That I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your old men shall dream dreams, Your young men shall see visions. 29 And also on My menservants and on My maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days.
