32 Lessons Learned from Previous eCampaigns
eCampaigns can not replace the implementation of Best Practices within the campaign. While electronic campaigns make many elements of running a United Way Community Campaign easier, it should not replace the face-to-face interaction of a United Way Community Campaign. Up-front planning for eCampaigns may be more time consuming than traditional campaigns but cuts time dramatically on the pledge collection & reporting side of the campaign. Effective use of mid-campaign reporting can give employee campaign coordinators immediate feedback. Employee Campaign Coordinator’s can strategically time when a voice or message is sent to employees eCampaign applications can send ‘reminder’ s to employees who haven’t yet completed their pledge Next Slide >> Automatically advancing
