Confidence. To commit to someone’s care for use or safekeeping. Trust is an important factor in wholistic health. 3

We learn to trust from people who are caring, responsive and sensitive to our needs.
Trust is a basic human need. Meeting this need will develop what psychologists call “secure attachments.” 4
