2. COVENANT OF HEALING AND HEALTH
Isaiah 53:3 -5
3.He is despised and rejected, man of sorrow, acquainted with grief, made Him of low estimation.
4.Bore our grief's carried our sorrows, stricken, smitten of God.
5.Wounded for our transgression, bruised for our iniquities, chastisement for our peace was upon Him and by His stripes we are healed.
SCRIPTURE Makes it clear that healing and divine health are part of the comprehensive package we have in the redemption plan of God.
John 3:16 “ For God so loved the world .....that whosoever believe in Him will have everlasting life. ( Life here and life hereafter)
Sickness, diseases, infirmities – Part of the fall-out or fall of man (Sin).
Jews: assured that anyone sick was been punished for sins committed hence(Is 53:4b AMP)

3. Health is part of what will guarantee life here on earth.
Over 2,000 years ago, God was preparing us for a life devoid of sickness and disease.
Jesus pain, rejection, sorrow, grief, stripes, wounds, bruises, chastisement were to guarantee us health and strength.
At the time Sin came into the world, God took a decision to once and for all, deal with it. (Rev. 13:8b) – Jesus slain from the foundation of the world.
God revealed to Isaiah and some other prophets how this redemption plan will run(Jesus taking on our pains, sorrows, shame, sickness that we may live lives devoid of these) .

4. Law – soul that sinneth-death.
Therefore: To free us from the consequence fo sin, someone had to stand in our place, presented himself for death, that in his death we may have life. (Substitution)
- He took on all those things connected to or associated with or leading to death. (i.e. Sickness, disease, sorrow, bruise, rejection) so that we may manifest things associated with life(i.e. Health, healing, joy, peace, confidence etc.)

5. COVENANT OF HEALING AND HEALTH - between God and Israel had been in existence from old testament days- “If you diligently......I am the Lord that healeth thee”. (Ex 15:26)
But – It took the constant/regular application of the blood of bulls and goats, pigeons etc. To activate or re-activate it.
(HEALING – One of the “Bread” of the jews.) Matt. 15:26-28
- THROUGH JESUS – We non-Jews become Spiritual Israel and therefore entitled to the benefits of the covenant. (Gal. 3:26 – 29 and Gal. 4: 28)

6. - Heb. 12: 2b (Looking unto Jesus) – We should look unto Jesus for our health, healing as it is only through Him we can receive such.
- When you look unto Jesus, you won’t find sickness, disease(as He was never sick, he only took on sickness for our sake.)
There fore. If we can’t find sickness in/on Jesus, we should not find sickness in our bodies.
Num. 21:4-9 (Brazen Serpent)
- Before Jesus came His image ( Symbolic representation) was already healing the terminally ill. See John 3:14-15 “ And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness even so must the son of man be lifted up that whosoever believeth should not perish but have everlasting life.”

7. AS YOU LOOK UNTO THE LIFETD UP JESUS – Healing
Ps 34:5 “They looked unto Him and were lightened and their faces were not ashamed.”
MINISTRY OF JESUS – To heal sickness and diseases.
Luke 4:18 “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, he had anointed me to preach......, heal Preach deliverance.....recovering of sight.... to set at liberty those bruised.” (summary – to heal and keep healthy)
ACTS 10:38 – “How God anointed ”
NO SICKNESS is beyond God, Beyond the name of Jesus. – GOD HEALETH ALL SICKNESSES AND DISEASES.
Therefore Every plant He has not planted – uproot.

8. SICKNESS – An oppression of the Devil

Matt 15 :26 – 28
TO ENJOY/BENEFIT FROM THIS COVENANT
You must be born again
You must diligently obey God.
You must do that which is pleasing/right in God’s sight. (Ex. 15:26) i.e. Live life of purity, love, forgiveness, pray worship, study word, submit to authority.
You must make up your mind.
