We are under obligation to live by the Spirit that justifies us
Any action contrary to obedient faith leads to death
Confidence is found by being “led by the Spirit”

The man relying on the flesh is seeking a goal beyond his abilities
By walking in the Spirit, we trust in God to deliver us
It is this relationship that is our guarantee of victory

Overwhelming Provision
The perfect sacrifice has been made – vs. 32
The law maker declared us not guilty – vs. 33
The King interceded on our behalf – vs. 34
On the basis of His choice to love those who walk according to the Spirit – vs. 35
37 But in all these things we overwhelmingly conquer through Him who loved us.

Through Him Who Loved Us
No an unconditional promise
These blessings are for those who “walk according to the Spirit”
Every enemy that could stand between us and God has been conquered
Will we allow our own lusts to defeat us?
