2 DEFINITION OF CONSTITUTION
The basic principles and laws of a nation, state, or social group that determine the powers and duties of the government and guarantee certain rights to the people in it.

3 STUDENT RIGHTS Student rights are those rights which protect students, here meaning those people attending schools, universities and other educational institutions. The level of rights accorded to students, whether legally or by convention, varies considerably around the world.

4 STUDENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties which student should do because it is morally right and legally required. Students in all countries have more duties than rights. It should be changed.

5 STUDENTS RIGHTS Children all over the world have a right to free schools and free education . Books and other school equipment must be given to children for free. Studens can choose the country where they want to learn . Governments must help them with accomodation . They must give sudents a schollarship for food and travelling to school . Students have only 6 lessons a day,five times a week . They have comletely free weekends . July and August are free for summer holiday,February for winter holiday , one week in April is free for Easter .

6 Students must know the curriculum of each subject
Students must know the curriculum of each subject. Students can suggest editional topics to curriculum. They must know criteria of marks (what they should do to get each mark). Marks must be given to each studnet in fair way. Students can demand to retake the exam or test to improove their marks . Students must know the date of a test more than a week before . They must know the term of an exam more than 3 months before. They can use teachers help for preparing for a test or exam .

7 Students have right for breaks during the school day
Students have right for breaks during the school day. One of them must be one hour long. Students haven`t got any homework. Students have right to take part in competitons. Students have right to develope their abilities . Students choose artistic subjects according to their abilities . They mustn`t be forced to do something they are not able to do . Students have right to develope their hobbies and realise them in school or/ and at home . Students have right to get professional, pedagogical and psychological help .

8 Students can use each equipment which is in school to realise the goals of their development. They can use a library, a language lab, a gym, a swimming pool, a science lab, etc. They can take part in school life – meetings, performances, competitions, discos, etc. Students must be protected by teachers and other school workers to feel save and accepted.

9 Students resposibilities
Students must be prepared for every lesson. They can be unprepared only once a month for each subject. They must tell teachers about the unpreparing before lesson . Students must go to school at the age of 16. Further education is their own choice. Students must work as hard as they are able to. They must be polite and respect all school and social rules. They mustn`t drink alcohol, smoke cigarettes and take drugs.

10 Students mustn`t bring and use sharp things which can harm anybody.
Students mustn`t have and use guns . Students must lead healthy lifestyle. They must protect their and other students` lifes . Students mustn`t leave school without teachers permision. Students must inclose their absence. Students must complete the missing material which was realised during their absence.

11 SUMMARY Constitution should clearly identified rights and obligations of students. Of course, they can not be too strict. Students should comply with the Statute of the school of their choice. It`s one of the most important document at school, which defines rights and obligations of students and teachers.
