1. Received by Police report, 3rd party or self referral 2. Logged onto MODUS Soteria system 3. Contacted and offered support 4. Options discussion 5. Referral to UAVA by Juniper Staff 6. Support can be refused/taken up at any time

Option to provide forensic samples, clothing, anonymous intelligence
Keep samples for a period of time
