The Primary Colors Primary colors are the most basic colors.
Blue, Red, and Yellow No other colors can be mixed to make these colors. See how well you know your primary colors with this color game. Color Game

Mixing Colors Let’s make some more colors.
If you mix red and yellow you get orange. If you mix yellow and blue you get green. If you mix blue and red you get purple. These are all known as Secondary colors.

The Color Wheel Together the primary and secondary colors make the color wheel. Using these six colors you can create any color you want.

Basic Shapes There are five basic shapes. Circle Square Triangle
Rectangle Oval

How many sides? Each shape is different in its own way.
Squares and Rectangles are similar. They both have four sides. Each side of the square is the same size. On the rectangle, the opposite sides are equal.

How many sides? The triangle has three sides.
There are many types of triangles.
