2. Colief Infant Drops
Helps relieve the symptoms of colic caused by Temporary Lactose Intolerance
Helps break down the lactose in breast milk and infant formula making it easier for the baby to digest
Drops are added to expressed breast milk or infant formula before the baby is fed
Completely natural (contain lactase enzyme, glycerol and water)
Safe to use from birth ( even with premature babies )  

3. Colief Infant Drops
We recommend that parents try Colief® Infant Drops for one week to see if their baby's symptoms are due to Temporary Lactose Intolerance
Additional Notes: Where Colief works for a baby, it really works (usually within 48 hours). Where it doesn’t we advise that Mums move on and try other options. With colic it is a case or trial and error to see what will work for the baby. Colief® treats the milk not the baby (reduces the lactose in the milk before the baby is fed)

4. What is colic?
Colic starts soon after birth and usually lasts until the baby is 3-4 months old
Colic is characterised by excessive and inconsolable crying in an otherwise healthy baby (gaining weight, feeding well etc.)
Can be particularly distressing and frustrating for parents
Affects breast fed and formula-fed babies equally
With colic it is a case of trial and error to see what will provide relief for the baby’s symptoms
