Some have cloud based storage (over internet)
Put DVR/hub in central location that’s hidden, run cables through attic and out under soffit. (Drill small hole underneath to stick cable through, plug in camera and screw it to house)

Multiple “off-the-shelf” cameras can be purchased that allow more control (i.e. two-way audio, mobile control, PTZ scanning, etc.)
Usually cloud based storage with monthly fees, but some cameras have SD card slot to store locally
Each camera has separate login, interface, etc.

First floor
Second story homes with cameras up high make it harder to see any identifiable features on a suspect
Get camera as close to subject area as possible
Be aware of flood/street lights and how they may shine into lens
Front door, back door, driveway over garage
Covered area if possible (soffit, porch, etc.)

62 residents paid in 2015 but not in Why? Please let us know reasons for not paying in 2016 so we can work to meet our resident's wants.
- on a good note, we had 50 residents pay in 2016 who didn't in 2015
- we ended the year slightly under our goal, but with the volatile economy in 2016, we are overall optimistic
- to make dues payments easier and more accurate, please update your contact information at the Knollwood Village website
- we have tried hard to keep dues down, but costs continue to increase - we are keeping dues the same as last year, but expect to see a slight increase over the next few years to accommodate everything we provide
- as a reminder, dues go to security, maintenance and overall neighborhood improvements, so please do your part and pay your dues this year so we can continue to (as Trump would say) "Make Knollwood Village Great"
