3. Kennedy Space Center Tour
Bus will be in front of the Fairfield Inn & Suites at 3:30pm; depart for KSC at 4pm
Return to hotel about 6:30pm

4. Kennedy Space Center Tour
Shoes must cover the entire foot and heels must be low and wide (socks and sneakers suggested) no ballet shoes/slippers
Full-length trousers or slacks are required (No Capris)
Short-sleeved shirts and sleeveless shirts/blouses are permitted. "Tank tops," mesh shirts, dresses, skirts, and/or shorts are prohibited.
Guests must be at least 12 years old (does NOT apply to our tour)
No firearms, sharp objects, backpacks, or coolers permitted

In this simulation of space exploration, participants plan and carry out five missions to a “planet” and communicate their discoveries to their team or partner.
Multiple possible main messages, such as Exploration allows us to build new knowledge on the discoveries of others.
Communication and collaboration are key

8. Strange New Planet
Participants plan and carry out the exploration of a new “planet” as if they are looking through a telescope from Earth or traveling to the planet as a space probe, orbiter, lander, or sample return mission.
For each step, the observers return to report their observations to their team, which will need to develop hypotheses and new questions that will justify “funding” the next mission.

How do we study the outsides of planets?
How do we study their interiors?

distributed, their magnetic properties, etc. to infer their composition and layers.
