The Value Chain (VC) is defined as the chain of activities, which transform raw materials into products and services that can be purchased by a final consumer. It enables the partners in a Value Chain to cooperate so as to maximise the value generated at every stage of the Value Chain. These stages include input sourcing, production, processing & trading.
