2. U/G MOBILE CONTROL ROOM
for Teleremote & AGS applications
This MCR is designed for remote operators who want or need to be reasonably close to their remotely controlled underground loader ie. not more than a few hundred metres from it’s origin or starting point.
The MCR enclosure weighs 5.68 Kg and can be comfortably carried around as shown on the next slide.
The major advantage of this MCR is it can be used in any u/g location that can provide about 12v at 2A so using a 12v car battery would be a great solution.
However, eventually the 12v car battery will need recharging so it makes sense to put the MCR in a vehicle because it already has a 12v battery, a charger (alternator), a comfortable seat and it’s mobile.
A 12v power cable needs to be connected between the MCR and the vehicle. If the vehicle has a cigarette lighter then it will only take a few seconds to plug in the cable connector and power-on the MCR.

3. MOBILE CONTROL ROOM MCR MCR
An MCR is an u/g Control-Room for Nautilus Teleremote and Automated Guidance Systems.
The MCR lets the operator remotely tram the loader up to 700m from the Ore-Pass to the Stope and 700m back again.
This distance can be increased to 2,800m using a Star Splitter. There’s no limit to the number of corners and intersections.
Installation:
Place the MCR on the driver’s seat and plug the power cable into the cigarette lighter to get 12vdc. Then connect the other two cables as shown on slide-5.
After a week or two when the Stope has been emptied, the Amp-1 and Barrier cables will be disconnected and the vehicle can be driven to a new location ready for the next operation.

No tools are required.

5. If you want luxury, you can sit in a Cabin or a half container and connect a Nautilus Control-Chair in a few seconds.
If you want speed and flexibility then you can use a vehicle as your Control-room & sit in the comfortable passenger seat.
The MCR will stream great video to your 10” I-Pads or you can connect two TV’s.

Auto-Mate provides our customers with simplicity and flexibility. The TC5 operator can choose any available loader and in a few seconds it will be ready to use.
The operator does not need to know the Frequency, ID # or any technical information regarding the vehicle he wants to control. He only needs to choose the loader (or machine) he wants.
Once he has selected his machine, it will automatically confirm it’s identity and let the operator know it’s ready to operate.

Auto-Mate provides our customers with simplicity and flexibility. The Control Chair operator (or TC5 operator) can choose any available loader and in a few seconds it will be ready to use.
