Confidentiality Agreements
New
Simple Format
Can be used for HEI, third sector or private sector
Ideal for low risk early discussions
May not be suitable for higher risk commercial discussions or alternate circumstances such as placements and advisory boards
May still be used as basis with amendment if desired

Collaboration Agreements
Designed to replace existing short form and long form Brunswick Agreements
Ideal for straight-forward Research Council and charity funded projects
May not be suitable for projects which are major and strategic, involve sensitive intellectual property or clinical activities

Material Transfer Agreement
Ideal for low risk, inter-HEI transfers of materials
Balanced approach – should be suitable whether donor or recipient
May not be suitable for transfers involving human samples, sensitive intellectual property or commercial transfers
