The promoters of Primo hail from the valve Industry and between them have 20 years of experience in Audco India Limited.
Primo has a rich experience since 1995 in the valve Industry having served over 40 customers with 75+ machines.
Primo’s machine making ability is synergically matched by it’s job working arm (Omplas systems) that melts a few tons of Stellites, Inconels, AISI 430 and other related grades every single year since 1993 for it’s various customers in the Valve manufacturing, Oil&Gas & Power sectors.

10. PROCESSES USED BY PRIMO
PTA – Plasma Transferred Arc process for depositing alloys in powder form.
Hot wire TIG for depositing Inconel 625 on the valves and components used in the Oil and Gas sector
GMAW – Gas metal arc welding for joining of seat rings to valve body & end flanges to valve bodies and bonnets to valve bodies.
SAW – Submerged arc welding for depositing 13% Chromium stainless steel over carbon steel.
