Humanists believe human beings are special and human life is valuable
Humanists don’t believe in a god, or believe we can never know if there is a god
Humanists believe we only have one life and we should make the most of it
Humanists believe human beings should try to live full and happy lives and help others do the same

6. Humanist views on happiness
We can all find our own different ways to be happy as long as we don’t harm other people or prevent others from being happy.
Food, drink, and games can be an important part of a happy life.
But more important are making good friends, learning new things, fulfilling our goals, and making others happy.
