AED 600 ST Stationary Spray Equipment
Fully integrated stationary spray system with spray ware and software Modular building blocks allowing easy extension and adaptation Typically for use on small to medium forging presses (including transfer beams) Can be used on hammers Used on “simple” dies without deep cavities Can also be adapted to small robots max. 4 (possibly 6) nozzles Modular manifold assembly to distribute process lubricant and spray/blow air.

AED 600 ST Stationary Spray Equipment
Spray Technology: AED 600 ST nozzles for blowing and spraying AED 600 ST nozzles can be adapted for high duty blowing System is based on membrane concept Less wear, less mechanical components, no piston and spring. AED 600 ST spray head can be extended with a coaxial hose to connect to a Deltaforge® orifice. AED 600 ST lubricant and water flow adjustable by metering screw.
