Within one (1) hour from the time SERVPRO receives a loss notice, SERVPRO will call you or your key person to arrange for service. A roof leak at the Prominence Building in Buckhead made a huge mess in several offices. 10’ X 10’ Section of carpet can hold 25 gallons of water SERVPRO ® was called into action and quickly brought their equipment into the building. The problem was solved in short order without major delay to business.

11 The W Hotel/Residences had roof leaks when the building was almost completed.
SERVPRO was called and went to the 18th floor to dry out the high end flooring and walls. We did such a remarkable job that they called us over 10 more times for other issues.

. This was a multi level, multi unit water loss caused by a leak in the supply line to the ice maker on the refrigerator. We placed 87 air movers, 22 dehumidifiers on site.
