VPN Connectivity The web application will be accessible through VPN
It will require authentication using an Ingersoll Rand network account VPN Access / Network ID / Password Reset Field systems support:

ActiveX Browser Plugin
When accessing the web application the site will attempt to download and install an ActiveX plugin Installation will require administrator privileges If installation is unsuccessful due to browser/computer settings there is an alternative installation package (MSI format) available at the following link that will install the plugin and create a desktop shortcut to the web application:

“How to” Document We will provide an FAQ document for common tasks/issues that may arise

Post Launch Issue Resolution
Immediate post launch support: Daily bridge sessions Scheduled between 10AM and 11AM central beginning February 10th through February 14th Dial in information: conference code After stabilization submit account / support issues through our Remedy ticketing system (RS HVAC Siebel)
