17 Public Forum Structure
December 15, 2016 – 5:30 p.m. Where: Serena High School Cafeteria Format: This is a regular monthly school board meeting. Two hours of time will be committed to this portion of the meeting (5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.). Members of the community will have an opportunity to express their support, concerns, questions, etc., with supporting evidence, to the Board of Education. All questions and concerns will be carefully documented and considered. Each speaker will be asked to limit their comments to approximately 3 minutes to accommodate others’ opportunity to speak. Board members will be encouraged not to respond to questions or comments during this portion of the meeting. All questions and concerns will be addressed immediately following the public speaking portion of the meeting.
