Please keep up with and check your child’s digital media. An athlete can be suspended from sports as well as school for inappropriate digital media.

5. NCHSAA and North Carolina statute law states that every athlete participating in sports must have a valid physical signed by a licensed physician in NC and concussion forms signed by parents and athlete. Must be done on a yearly basis.
Over one day means ineligible.

All athletes assume risk of injury by participating in sports. KCS or AL Brown High School does not pay DR. bills.

7. Eligibility
Do you live in KCS school district?
Did you pass 3 of 4 unless rising freshman?
Are you on 365 discipline list?
Do you turn 19 before 8/31?
Have you been charged or convicted of a felony?
Have you exceeded the 8 semester rule?

9. Please pick up athletes as soon as possible after practices or games.
Changes to Athletic Banquet
Encourage your athlete to take Strength and Conditioning, especially more females.
