Collaboration “This is a co-operative arrangement to increase the effectiveness of specialist domestic abuse service provision in Dudley by improving accessibility for victims, their families and professionals. By developing a Single Point of Contact for CHADD and Black Country Womens Aid we aim to improve the efficiency and seamlessness of pathways through services with the overarching aim of improving responses for families experiencing domestic abuse. By working together and sharing resources we hope to produce more positive outcomes for families.” The SPOC has been developed in line with West Midlands DVA Standards and Safelives Leading Lights. The SPOC has been funded by the PCC.
