less than one mile away by bicycle. By car, OU is several minutes away. By foot, the OU campus is about minutes away.
Very quiet and beautiful location. Three very clean separate rooms (each with locking doors) on the ground floor level of
this multi-level house share a common area and 2 bathrooms. There is a walkout from the common area room to a very
spacious back yard.
Your roommates are responsible, quiet, clean, and considerate graduate students. The house is well-maintained. WIFI available. If you want cable service and/or your own Internet service, you can arrange that with a service provider. Washer & dryer. Central air and heating. Refrigerator, rice cooker, microwave, and cooking appliances.
Until the start of the OU academic year begins with the 2017 Fall semester, the room leases by the month for $300 with a security deposit of $500. Estimated utilities are $50 to $75 per month. The house is now under renovation and will be available in early February of 2017 on a month by month lease until the 2017 Fall Semester when future leases will be by the academic year.
Parking is arranged by sharing the large driveway. You can store your bicycle on the covered porch. No smoking anywhere on the premises. No pets. No subleasing.
