PSAP GIS data should, at a minimum, include road center lines, emergency service zone and/or responding entity polygons, and PSAP boundary polygons. PSAPs shall ensure their GIS data and systems meet the following minimum requirements: Data Layers Street Centerlines Address Points Emergency Service Zone (ESN) Boundaries
