List of Materials: Valve Housing O-Rings Bolts Actuator Cam Inlet Assembly Outlet Assembly Procedure: Assemble components Check for any obvious issues in assembly

5 Seat Leak Testing List of Materials: Modified Testing Assembly from MSDI Outlet Assembly Teflon Tape Shop Air w/ Air Fittings Low Flow Rotameter (Optional) Procedure: Assemble components Release air Check for leak in testing assembly Check for leak in outlet assembly Measure leak rate (optional) Iterate on outlet assembly design as necessary

6 Ball Lift Flow Testing (Optional)
List of Materials: New Testing Assembly Depth Micrometer Outlet Fitting Shop Air w/ Air Fittings Rotameter/Thermal Mass Flow Meter Procedure: Assemble components Push ball to closed position with micrometer Release air Increase ball lift in increments, measuring flow at each step
