2 Membership Overview Wholesale Prices
Just like at Sam’s, BJ’s or Costco, you pay a $35 membership fee and it saves you 25% off all your oils all year long. The best part about this is you don’t have to sell or start a business to get this deal. Renewal Fee After becoming a Wellness Advocate, the yearly renewal fee for a wholesale membership is $25. This renewal fee comes with a free bottle of Peppermint, one of the most popular oils dōTERRA offers, a retail value of $27.33. As Wholesale Member you have to ways to order products One-time standard order Loyalty Rewards Order (LRP) - is a re-occurring monthly order that can be customized, adjusted or cancelled at anytime Share Program (first 120 days in the program) You can earn credits for each enrollee's first order made on the day that they enroll as a new Wellness Advocate. For example, if one of your enrollees places their first enrollment order for a total of 450 PV, you will receive exactly 450 Share Credits. There is no limit to how many Share Credits or gift packages you can earn as long as your new personal enrollments place their first order on their first day while you are participating in the program. You can redeem your Share Credits at any time during your first 120 days but we will give you an extra 60 days after your original 120 days to redeem any and all Share Credits you have in your balance. Once those 180 days end all Share Credits will expire. 3 Loyalty Rewards The longer you participate, the more credits you can earn 1-49 PV MAINTAINS your LRP point % and accrued points 50 PV + ADVANCES your LRP point % from 10% to 30 % over time 100 PV + QUALIFIES you to earn commissions (and stay in the business side) 125 PV + = FREE product of the Month (PoM) if order is placed by the 15th of the month 200 PV + = SPECIAL OFFERS: Usually quarterly promotions for FREE high $ value oils, blends or products

5 Fast Start Fast Start allows all Wellness Advocates to earn a bonus on individuals they share essential oils with and then help enroll. Each Wellness Advocate wanting to earn Fast Start needs to have a 100PV Loyalty Rewards order to participate. Fast Start is paid weekly on the PV from the orders a new Wellness Advocate places in their first 60 days. When essential oils are part of your wellness lifestyle, it's easy to share with others. Example: Lisa enrolled Megan. Megan placed 3 orders in her first 60 days. (Order PV: 132PV, 78PV and 147PV) Lisa received a check for each of these orders equal to 20 percent of the PV. (Checks $26.40, $15.60 and $29.40) Lisa earned a total of $71.40 for educating and enrolling Megan. If you help a new Wellness Advocates you've enrolled participate in the Share Program, you are encouraging them to not only receive free product, but to earn a Fast Start Bonus. 6 Power of 3 To qualify for the Power of 3, you must set up a 100 PV Loyalty Rewards order. All 3 team members you enroll must also have a 100 PV LRP order set up, as well as any people they enroll later on. Power of 3 is paid on a monthly basis. There are three Power of 3 Bonuses that you can earn: $50, $250, and $ Each bonus is achieved through structure and team volume as described below: $50: You must have three personally sponsored Wellness Advocates and a total of 600 Team Volume. (Team Volume includes your personal order, the orders of your frontline, retail orders, and Preferred Member orders.) $250: Your three frontline team members must each have three other qualified, personally sponsored Wellness Advocates under them with a minimum of 600 Team Volume. (See example image below.) $1500: Your nine qualified Wellness Advocates also must each have three qualified, personally sponsored Wellness Advocates enrolled under them with a minimum of 600 Team Volume.

10 One of the most important parts of building a doTERRA business is placing new Wellness Advocates within your team structure. Placement is also one of the more challenging tasks when you don’t know what someone will do with doTERRA in the future. However, when placing new Wellness Advocates, it helps to identify the activities they are or would like to be engaged in. When you know what they want to do, you don’t have to push them or put them in a position they aren’t comfortable with–you simply help everyone get what they want. This will help you create a well-functioning team. There can be three different types of people on your team: User Interested mainly in being a Wellness Advocate and purchasing products for themselves and their household. They also want to learn more about the role essential oils can play in health and wellness. Sharer When they think of different products, they readily think of others that they would like to share with. They are also interested in earning enough in bonuses to pay for their monthly Loyalty Rewards order. Builder They are interested in building a doTERRA business to be able to replace other income. They actively seek to initiate and teach classes to introduce others to essential oils and to the business opportunity. Builders also seek to learn the business and teach others on their team.
