Dimensions of Faculty Wellness
/26/17 Key: Promoting vitality and mitigating burnout requires an appreciation that there are 3 major dimensions of faculty wellness that reflect BOTH individual and institutional factors. High performing academic health care organizations will need to create a culture of wellness, efficient workplace and a tool kit to help support personal resilience. PSOM has adopted this framework and is building out each component.
