BMET has adopted 26 innovations among which the following are major: Decentralization of services: Fingerprint in 25 districts Smart Card in 2 Districts NOC to 3 Districts 2. Pre-departure Training in 64 TTCs 3. House Keeping Training in 34 TTCs 4. Opening e-learning platform 5. e-monitoring system

Recommendations Reduce Migration Cost
Skilled training program should be design in accordance with the overseas demand Training institute should be developed so that it can get the foreign accreditation Government should give utmost emphasis on human resource development of the country Technical and Vocational training should be given priority Country specific compulsory training for overseas employment should be introduced No workers should be allowed to go for overseas employment without training
