This Tutorial demonstrates how to use the function available from Integrator’s Browsers. The first part of this process is to Tag which of the Records are to be included in Documents. That process may be carried out by merely selecting and Tagging the Records… …and using the Tag Filter to remove any Untagged Records… Keyboard ‘Down Arrow’ = Go forward Keyboard ‘Up Arrow’ = Go back Keyboard ‘ESC’ = Exit this Help Demo FUNCTION

Alternatively, the Records may be selected using any of the Filter Functions within Integrator… …for example, by using Column Filters. …and then Tagging all of those remaining Records. 4 Tagging one or more of the Templates and clicking the Print icon…
Once the required Records have been Tagged, clicking the icon will launch the Available Documents Browser… This gives access to any Mail Merge Document Templates which have previously been created and saved … Tagging one or more of the Templates and clicking the Print icon… …will lead to the Mail Merged Documents being printed for the selected Records. 5 This launches the relevant Template in Microsoft Word…
If required, an existing Document Template may be edited by clicking the Edit Doc button… This launches the relevant Template in Microsoft Word… Any changes required may be made using the facilities provided within this programme… This may include adding further Mail Merge Fields if necessary… Once the changes have been made, the Template may be saved as required. 6 This launches a prompt for the Title for the new Template.
If required, a new Document Template may be added by clicking the Add New Record button… This launches a prompt for the Title for the new Template. After naming the new Template, it will be launched in Microsoft Word. From this position, the Document Template may be created, including adding Mail Merge Fields from Integrator’s Data as illustrated… Once the Template has been created, it may be saved as required… …following which, it will be available for recall or amendment, as shown earlier.
