2. Purpose
Work with the youth and the community in Santana Province, Dominican Republic.
Help refurbish a baseball training facility (formerly a facility used by the Chicago Cubs and the Minnesota Twins) however has fallen into severe disrepair.
Continue the program at D.R. while adding an academic/educational component to foster literacy.
Prepare participants not selected for enlistment into American Major Leagues Association as baseball professionals for gainful employment in the D.R.’s tourist industry.

3. Mission
The ADOBA Works Foundation prepares youth for success. Specifically, TFOD foundation works to improve the lives of those living within impoverished areas such as, the Dominican Republic. The ADOBA Works Foundation provides opportunities in health, fitness, learning, rebuilding, and revitalizing communities. The ADOBA Works Foundation fosters cultural appreciation through love and the common language of Baseball.

I Accept the Challenge…
The pathway to happiness is achieved when one has found their true purpose in life.  When one acknowledges; Why am I here? What must I do? and Why must I do this? I transfer onto others this same gift. The opportunity and capability to express one’s creative powers. 
I have not always believed that in every human being lies the answer to life’s questions.  However, human beings have keys to unlock the universe and change the world one person at a time.  Within all of us lies a power to project; Love, Peace, and Happiness.
Love, Peace, and Happiness have given me a passion to build baseball fields and parks - Fields of Dreams.
"Dear Lord thank you for giving me the strength and conviction to complete the task you entrusted in me.  Thank you for guiding me straight and through, the many obstacles in my path, and for keeping me resolute when all around me seemed lost, thank you for your protection and for your many signs along the way, thank you for any good I may have done, I am so sorry about the bad, Thank your for the friends I made. please watch over them as you have watched over me. I go now at peace, knowing I have done right with the time you have given me on this earth, I am fighting the good fight and I will finish the race- I keep the FAITH."
This is something I have to do, and I accept the Challenge to build a better future one field at a time, one park at a time, with one dream at a time.

Goals, Dreams, Aspirations….we all have them but for some, they come a little easier.
Talents, Skills, Heart, Ambition…..building blocks for the future. At ADOBA Works, we understand that everyone has goals, strive toward making dreams come true, use our talents to the best of our abilities, always build our skills, and our hearts are full of ambition.
It is my job to make sure everyone we serve, young and old, believe that dreams are always possible. Through donations, contributions and love, we will work tirelessly to ensure the lives we touch become richer and fuller than when we met.

6. Worldwide Presence
ADOBA Works is present in the Santana region of the Dominican Republic, one of the poorest regions of the country. ADOBA Works plans to expand its’ reach to other regions and cities including Panama, the Central African Republic, and Chicago in the United States.

Rebuild Community Fields and Parks.
Provide English Language Classes.
Encourage Job Skills and Tourism Education.
Ensure a Safe environment for children and families.
Start Little Leagues Baseball Teams and Exchanges.
Mentor onto our people.
