3. Introduction Highveld Industrial Park
The Highveld Industrial Park is situated in Witbank, Mpumalanga, and is only a 1.5 hour drive from Johannesburg. The facility is located adjacent to Old Pretoria Road and the N4 highway, ideal for providing easy access.
The Highveld Industrial Park is the new premier warehousing and office location and is the largest industrial park in Witbank.
Highveld offers a range of workshops and warehouses for rent, to be utilised for various and diverse purposes such as storage, maintenance and repairs or heavy machinery operations. The site has large capacity as well as a number of weighbridges available, facilitating efficient logistics in support of the warehouse function.
There are furnished head offices and flexi-office space available for rent, which can also be utilised for administrative functions or training.

Ancillary services offered include potable water, electricity, internet, a canteen, refuse disposal, ample parking, change rooms, a clinic as well as A-grade security.
The Highveld Industrial Park complex is conveniently situated within the South African railway network, providing tenants with rail network access.

Building construction: Steel, IBR sheeting, concrete floor.
Size: : One 30m long x 12m wide and 4m high pitched roof building with 30m long by 7m wide lean to.
Square metres : 500m2.
Utility Buildings : Two offices, equipment store, mess room and toilets.
Cranes : None.
Equipment : Two off wood planers, two off table saws, one off band saw, one off belt sander, one off radial arm saw.
Power Supply : 220V, 380V and 525V.
