Advanced Session A. Faith English Kelly Groddy This is an advanced session on using and navigating the RSRO system to submit secondary/Level III violation reports.  Participants will learn best practices and efficiencies, including system access, user maintenance, search strategies and system navigating techniques. Participants will leave with a better understanding of RSRO functionality and familiarity with recent system enhancements.

Allows membership to make Secondary/Level III fine payments online using credit card. Payment history tracked within the case (both check and credit card). Timely option through secure online system. Increased efficiencies.
