My LCI – online membership & activity reporting not mandatory for Leos, but encouraged – submit LEO 72 to gain access Quarterly reports from Leo Club (via Leo Advisor) to District Chairman Membership update & summary of projects completed Quarterly reports from District Chairman State Coordinator MD Leo chair YCP Coordinator MD Council of Governors Membership figures, new clubs formed, significant projects, matters of concern
